Jamur Enoki Ala Korea

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Enoki mushroom
  • 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 Red chili (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Cut off the roots of the enoki mushroom and rinse it in running water.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in the pan over medium heat.
  3. Add in the chopped garlic and chili and stir for a few seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add in the enoki mushrooms and stir for a few minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Add in the soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil and stir until the enoki mushrooms are fully coated with the sauce.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
